RENTAL RATES:
Private groups or individuals: $150.00
Additional deposit in the amount of $100.00 to be made with the house manager or treasurer for cleaning services. $25.00 per hour for cleaning will be deducted from deposit. Any remaining money will be returned to client.
Non-profit/non-fund raising groups (i.e. girl scout awards, non-public schools, church groups):
Public Part of theatre rental only: | $30.00 with $100.00 cleaning deposit as above. |
Entire theater (bar and/or back lobby): | $50.00 with $100.00 cleaning deposit as above. |
Fund raising groups (i.e. art center, hospital auxiliary, etc.): 10% of gross funds ($50.00 minimum and $100.00 maximum) $100.00 cleaning deposit as above.
All other groups (i.e. public groups, public employee retirement, etc.) Rate of $50.00 per hour with 1 hour minimum. $100.00 cleaning deposit as above.
