Outside Use of Theatre

The Sawdust Theatre is available for use by outside organizations.

Capacity: 212 seats with space for 2 wheelchairs

Wheelchair and stroller accessible.

Parking lot behind building with additional on-street parking available.

Several Restaurants in general vicinity along with coffee shops

User must contact and work with house manager concerning use of the facility and rules and regulations of the theatre.

RENTAL RATES:

 Private groups or individuals:    $150.00

Additional deposit in the amount of $100.00 to be made with the house manager or treasurer for cleaning services. $25.00 per hour for cleaning will be deducted from deposit. Any remaining money will be returned to client.

Non-profit/non-fund raising groups (i.e. girl scout awards, non-public schools, church groups):

Public Part of theatre rental only: $30.00 with $100.00 cleaning deposit as above.
Entire theater (bar and/or back lobby): $50.00 with $100.00 cleaning deposit as above.

Fund raising groups (i.e. art center, hospital auxiliary, etc.): 10% of gross funds ($50.00 minimum and $100.00 maximum) $100.00 cleaning deposit as above.

All other groups (i.e. public groups, public employee retirement, etc.) Rate of $50.00 per hour with 1 hour minimum. $100.00 cleaning deposit as above.
